S\u00edndicos, comunidade e poder p\u00fablico participaram de encontros virtuais para tratar das principais quest\u00f5es que ainda assolam o Jardim Bot\u00e2nico: regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria e a car\u00eancia de infraestrutura. O motivo \u00e9 o crescimento da Regi\u00e3o Administrativa, fato que tornou a mobilidade um grande vil\u00e3o para os moradores da regi\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algumas obras j\u00e1 anunciadas pelo Governador do Distrito Federal, Ibaneis Rocha, foram lembradas, tais como duplica\u00e7\u00f5es de vias e constru\u00e7\u00f5es de viadutos. Tamb\u00e9m foram apresentados projetos que solucionam alguns gargalos causados pelo grande fluxo de ve\u00edculos na regi\u00e3o. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=7KxL1GW-LH4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confira o v\u00eddeo da sala tem\u00e1tica sobre o tema.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Subsecret\u00e1rio de Planejamento da Semob, Jos\u00e9 Paiva, participou da mesa redonda no \u00faltimo dia de evento (23\/06), pontuou as demandas da comunidade e enfatizou as medidas a curto prazo que podem atender estas solicita\u00e7\u00f5es. Segundo Paiva, algumas a\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o em fase de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, como a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das linhas de \u00f4nibus.\u00a0 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cA constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um terminal rodovi\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 em an\u00e1lise, al\u00e9m de ciclovias e ciclofaixas.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ressaltou o subsecret\u00e1rio.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\"><b>Sustentabilidade e inclus\u00e3o social<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A coleta seletiva e a inclus\u00e3o social s\u00e3o mais que projetos. S\u00e3o causas sociais \u00e0s quais o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MCJB<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vem se empenhando. Durante a abertura do segundo dia de evento (23\/06), uma boa not\u00edcia foi dada pelo deputado distrital Jo\u00e3o Cardoso: a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcjb.org.br\/portal\/noticias\/apos-pleito-da-comunidade-joao-cardoso-protocola-aditivo-ao-pl-da-coleta-seletiva\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PL 1947<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que trata sobre a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de cooperativas de reciclagem para realizar a coleta nos condom\u00ednios horizontais. O secret\u00e1rio comemorou os 30 projetos de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria aprovados em dois anos e meio de gest\u00e3o. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u00c9 um n\u00famero recorde na hist\u00f3ria do Distrito Federal que, at\u00e9 2018, tinha 10 projetos.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, revela Mateus.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este avan\u00e7o, segundo Mateus Oliveira, s\u00f3 foi poss\u00edvel porque os \u00f3rg\u00e3os do GDF est\u00e3o caminhando de m\u00e3os dadas com a comunidade. \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde o in\u00edcio trabalhamos com a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma s\u00e9rie de decretos e portarias para impulsionar a\u00e7\u00f5es importantes. Cito a pr\u00f3pria regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da carta de Habite-se de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 estamos alcan\u00e7ando o n\u00famero de 200 documentos expedidos, a maior parte deles no Jardim Bot\u00e2nico<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, destacou Mateus Oliveira. Os t\u00e9cnicos da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Regional realizaram uma palestra sobre <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcjb.org.br\/portal\/uncategorized\/confira-oficina-para-emissao-do-habite-se-de-regularizacao\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cComo emitir o habite-se de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Secret\u00e1rio lembrou que a Seduh est\u00e1 engajada e dispon\u00edvel para participar de eventos como o 3\u00ba Workshop de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o e Urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o.
