O adiamento foi pedido pelo deputado distrital Eduardo Pedrosa e frustrou a comunidade do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <a href=\"http:\/\/legislacao.cl.df.gov.br\/Legislacao\/consultaProposicao-8!19!2019!visualizar.action\">projeto de lei complementar 19\/2019<\/a>, que fixa os limites e abrang\u00eancia das 11 regi\u00f5es administrativas do DF, seria votado hoje. Mas o parlamentar Eduardo Pedrosa pediu adiamento pois entende que o PLC precisa ser aprovado antes nas Comiss\u00f5es de Meio Ambiente e na Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A promessa dos parlamentares \u00e9 que, ap\u00f3s a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto em ambas as comiss\u00f5es, a nova defini\u00e7\u00e3o das poligonais seja votada imediatamente. A regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos limites geogr\u00e1ficos da RA XXVII do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico \u00e9 uma luta antiga da comunidade e, segundo o administrador regional Jo\u00e3o Carlos L\u00f3ssio, ser\u00e1 muito importante a presen\u00e7a da comunidade na C\u00e2mara na pr\u00f3xima ter\u00e7a, &#8220;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">assim os parlamentares entender\u00e3o a urg\u00eancia e import\u00e2ncia do projeto para todos os moradores<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;, explicou o administrador.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">O Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, pela proposta contida no projeto de lei, ser\u00e1 ampliado.
