Dois condom\u00ednios avan\u00e7aram significativamente. Na quinta-feira (24\/10), foi assinada a Licen\u00e7a de Instala\u00e7\u00e3o do Condom\u00ednio Verde, organizado em forma de cooperativa, que assumiu a figura do parcelador da terra. Prontas as obras,\u00a0 e para que o empreendimento sej<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">a declarado regularizado,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">\u00a0o parcelamento precisa obter a licen\u00e7a de opera\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Segundo dados da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (SEDUH), 75% dos condom\u00ednios em processo de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o no Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, est\u00e3o consolidados em \u00e1rea particular.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">J\u00e1 o Interlagos, est\u00e1 em fase de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto urban\u00edstico, mas, para isso, precisava da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho de Planejamento, o CONPLAN. Na semana passada, no mesmo dia em que o Condom\u00ednio Verde obteve sua licen\u00e7a de instala\u00e7\u00e3o, um dos conselheiros do CONPLAN pediu vista do processo e\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">a reuni\u00e3o de an\u00e1lise\u00a0 foi adiada para o dia 31\/10.
