A escolha de aproximadamente 200 conselheiros e 400 suplentes \u00e9 um importante passo da comunidade em prol de suas crian\u00e7as e adolescentes. O Conselho Tutelar\u00a0 eleito no pr\u00f3ximo domingo vai atuar no per\u00edodo 2020 a 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Conselho Tutelar tem como principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o assegurar e zelar pelos direitos das crian\u00e7as e adolescentes que foram amea\u00e7ados ou tiveram seus direitos violados. Seguindo as determina\u00e7\u00f5es do <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Estatuto_da_Crian%C3%A7a_e_do_Adolescente\"><b><i>Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA)<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o Conselheiro Tutelar acompanha os menores em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de risco, decidindo em conjunto com os 5 membros (com mais votos) que comp\u00f5em o Conselho, sobre qual medida de prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 adequada para cada caso, podendo:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Requisitar servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos nas \u00e1reas de sa\u00fade, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, servi\u00e7o social, previd\u00eancia, trabalho e seguran\u00e7a;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Representar junto \u00e0 autoridade judici\u00e1ria nos casos de descumprimento injustificado de suas delibera\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Encaminhar ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico not\u00edcia de fato que constitua infra\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa ou penal contra os direitos da crian\u00e7a e do adolescente;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Encaminhar \u00e0 autoridade judici\u00e1ria os casos de sua compet\u00eancia;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Providenciar a medida estabelecida pela autoridade judici\u00e1ria, dentre as previstas no art. 101, de I a VI, para o adolescente autor do ato infracional;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Expedir notifica\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Requisitar certid\u00f5es de nascimento e de \u00f3bito de crian\u00e7a ou adolescente quando necess\u00e1rio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Assessorar o Poder Executivo local na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria para planos e programas de atendimento dos direitos da crian\u00e7a e do adolescente;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Representar, em nome da pessoa e da fam\u00edlia, contra a viola\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos previstos no art. 220, \u00a73\u00ba, inciso II, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Cada eleitor s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 votar em um candidato da regi\u00e3o administrativa na qual o seu t\u00edtulo \u00e9 registrado. Ao todo, ser\u00e3o 25 candidatos para o cargo de Conselheiro Tutelar da Regi\u00e3o Administrativa de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o.
