A ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o iniciada em 2013 ainda se expande em \u00e1rea de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental (relembre <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcjb.org.br\/invasoes-na-vizinhanca-do-jardi\/\">aqui<\/a>).<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2232 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mcjb.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Nova-Imagem-1-170x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"170\" height=\"300\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">O grupamento recebeu uma den\u00fancia sobre o corte e, ao chegar ao local, constatou \u00a0um homem, que aparentava cerca de 50 anos, estava em cima de uma \u00e1rvore cortando os galhos. A \u00e1rvore pertence a esp\u00e9cime nativa, um angico, de aproximadamente 20 anos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Atenderam a ocorr\u00eancia o Sargento Robert e o Cabo Fernando Nascimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Segundo a PM, ao lado dele havia outra motosserra e um tronco cortado de Angico \u2014 \u00e1rvore nativa do Brasil \u2014 com mais de 25 anos e que acabara de de ser derrubado.
