color: #000000;\"><b>Forma de Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser realizada:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">Presencialmente, mediante protocolo na Secretaria do MCJB;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">Por meio de formul\u00e1rio eletr\u00f4nico oficial (Google Forms), cujo link ser\u00e1 disponibilizado nos canais oficiais do MCJB.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">As chapas e candidatos dever\u00e3o apresentar toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o exigida no Art. 66 do Estatuto Social, incluindo:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">Documentos pessoais<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">Comprovantes de v\u00ednculo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">Certid\u00f5es negativas (eleitoral, criminal, c\u00edvel, protesto, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">Documentos de representatividade, quando aplic\u00e1vel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">A aus\u00eancia ou irregularidade documental poder\u00e1 ensejar impugna\u00e7\u00e3o da candidatura.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">DA HOMOLOGA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Comiss\u00e3o Eleitoral deliberar\u00e1 sobre a homologa\u00e7\u00e3o das inscri\u00e7\u00f5es no prazo de <\/span><b>at\u00e9 48 (quarenta e oito) horas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ap\u00f3s o encerramento do per\u00edodo de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constatada irregularidade, ser\u00e1 concedido<\/span><b> prazo de 2 (dois) dias \u00fateis <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para substitui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">DA APURA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">Encerrado o per\u00edodo de vota\u00e7\u00e3o, a Comiss\u00e3o Eleitoral proceder\u00e1 imediatamente \u00e0 apura\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica dos votos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #000000;\">O resultado ser\u00e1 proclamado na pr\u00f3pria Assembleia e registrado em ata.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b style=\"color: #000000;
