S\u00e3o R$ 9,5 milh\u00f5es que garantem investimentos p\u00fablicos para o bairro em 2017. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alessandro Paiva considerou produtiva sua gest\u00e3o e colocou como principal conquista o avan\u00e7o na regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do com\u00e9rcio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico que, em breve, j\u00e1 poder\u00e1 obter alvar\u00e1s de funcionamento. Afirmou, tamb\u00e9m, que est\u00e1 fazendo um choque de gest\u00e3o, focando no andamento dos 260 processos administrativos que estavam parados, e garantiu que, mesmo com um grave d\u00e9ficit de servidores, que se dividem entre as administra\u00e7\u00f5es do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico e do Lago Sul, est\u00e1 conseguindo colocar a casa em ordem e dar solu\u00e7\u00e3o aos processos dentro dos prazos legais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O administrador interino tamb\u00e9m destacou que, nesses 180 dias, implantou uma gest\u00e3o integrada com a comunidade resultando em mais servi\u00e7os de infra-estrutura, como a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de eros\u00e3o na Estrada do Sol, melhoria na mobilidade com a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da primeira linha de \u00f4nibus do bairro, a campanha de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o, o in\u00edcio das obras do parque vivencial no Jardim Bot\u00e2nico 3, o reparo nas paradas de \u00f4nibus da DF-001 para constru\u00e7\u00e3o de baias de recuo para os \u00f4nibus, as a\u00e7\u00f5es de limpeza da Est<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; Anunciou, tamb\u00e9m, a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de novos conselhos comunit\u00e1rios e de cart\u00f3rio eleitoral. E, atrav\u00e9s de parceria com a ESAF, a \u00e1rea de esportes dessa institui\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 se transformar em uma Vila Ol\u00edmpica do bairro.
