O Condom\u00ednio Quintas Interlagos, situado na Estrada do Sol, celebrou o resultado de um grande esfor\u00e7o, despendido em um longo tempo, e que converteu-se na t\u00e3o esperada regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de sua \u00e1rea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">O processo de legitima\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria, uma iniciativa inovadora, foi aprovado pelo Governo do Distrito Federal (GDF), tornando o DF uma das primeiras unidades da federa\u00e7\u00e3o a utilizar esse instrumento para agilizar a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do direito real de propriedade de ocupantes de im\u00f3veis. Dentro desse espa\u00e7o, 196 lotes foram regularizados, com 192 destinados ao uso residencial, dois para uso institucional e dois para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos p\u00fablicos. O processo foi minuciosamente revisado e aprovado pelo Conselho de Planejamento Territorial e Urbano do Distrito Federal (Conplan) e pela Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (Seduh-DF).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">O Governo do Distrito Federal (GDF) tamb\u00e9m faz parte desse marco hist\u00f3rico ao promulgar a assinatura do Decreto n\u00ba 45.030 pelo governador Ibaneis Rocha, publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Distrito Federal (DODF), em 02 de outubro. A partir desse momento, a responsabilidade do GDF passa a ser o acompanhamento da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura, como rede el\u00e9trica e saneamento b\u00e1sico.
