As propostas foram enviadas por meio de of\u00edcio <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(<a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/12IWX-Chw4Z8Pmx42lZnN0EYiSgZK_LhwOMDgEdQibzs\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Of.034\/2022<\/a>)<\/span>, de maio do ano passado. Entretanto, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o s\u00f3 implementou uma delas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O DER \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por toda circunscri\u00e7\u00e3o de vias do Sistema Rodovi\u00e1rio do Distrito Federal \u2013 SRD, do qual faz parte as vias da Regi\u00e3o Administrativa do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e iniciou obras importantes de melhora vi\u00e1ria para regi\u00e3o, como as <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mcjb.org.br\/portal\/noticias\/governador-faz-1a-visita-ao-jb-para-duplicacao-da-df-140\/\">duplica\u00e7\u00f5es da DF-140<\/a><\/span> e <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mcjb.org.br\/portal\/noticias\/tres-obras-para-melhoria-do-transito-do-jb-sao-anunciadas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DF-001<\/a><\/span>, o recapeamento da DF-463 e <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mcjb.org.br\/portal\/slider\/governador-ibaneis-rocha-assina-ordens-de-servico-para-obras-no-jardim-botanico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">o in\u00edcio das obras do viaduto do bal\u00e3o da antiga ESAF<\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00c9 dele a responsabilidade de criar estrat\u00e9gias que desafoguem o tr\u00e2nsito, quando a natureza da solu\u00e7\u00e3o esteja em rodovia de sua jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios empreendimentos residenciais na localidade gerou um incha\u00e7o populacional que impactou diretamente o tr\u00e2nsito.\u00a0 Mas as estrat\u00e9gias para receber esse aumento de fluxo n\u00e3o vieram.\u00a0 Para contornar os problemas at\u00e9 a finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das obras, o Movimento sugeriu a revers\u00e3o do tr\u00e2nsito nos hor\u00e1rios de pico. Contudo, o DER afirmou que, para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da revers\u00e3o, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma articula\u00e7\u00e3o com o Detran\/DF, a fim de se fazer um trabalho conjunto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Para resolver o eterno problema quando envolve mais de um \u00f3rg\u00e3o, o MCJB est\u00e1 solicitando uma reuni\u00e3o em que os dois \u00f3rg\u00e3os estejam presentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Falta de al\u00e7a de acesso &#8211; Liga\u00e7\u00e3o marginal pela DF-001 \u00e0 Av. San Diego sentido S. Os principais pontos de reten\u00e7\u00e3o do tr\u00e2nsito pela manh\u00e3 e final da tarde s\u00e3o os sem\u00e1foros n\u00e3o sincronizados e as faixas de pedestres que est\u00e3o constantemente sendo usadas para o tr\u00e1fego de pessoas. A sugest\u00e3o para melhorar a fluidez \u00e9 a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos sem\u00e1foros atuais por equipamentos que sejam sincronizados, evitando as frequentes paradas que congestionam as vias. Outra sugest\u00e3o foi a retirada das faixas de pedestres e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de passarelas para que o tr\u00e2nsito de pessoas n\u00e3o interfira no fluxo dos carros, agregando-se a isso mais seguran\u00e7a aos pedestres, enquanto isso, policiais junto \u00e0s faixas fariam o controle regular da travessia nas faixas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Nesse quesito, o Dr. Elcy Oz\u00f3rio informou que o DER est\u00e1 adquirindo novos sem\u00e1foros com tecnologia para sincroniz\u00e1-los Os atuais n\u00e3o possuem recursos para isso. Quanto a faixa de pedestre, o superintendente disse n\u00e3o ser poss\u00edvel a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de passarela a\u00e9rea, j\u00e1 que no local existem muitos cabos de energia, e que uma passagem subterr\u00e2nea precisa de um estudo de seguran\u00e7a e viabilidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Dificuldades de acesso da Estrada do Sol para a DF-001 &#8211; N\u00c3O ATENDIDO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">A Estrada Sol \u00e9 atualmente a principal via coletora do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico. Estreita e de m\u00e3o dupla, chega na DF-001 antes de um sem\u00e1foro e sofre grande reten\u00e7\u00e3o por causa desse acesso, principalmente pela manh\u00e3. A principal proposta do Movimento, entre outras significativas, \u00e9 a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o integral do sentido \u00fanico na via marginal nos hor\u00e1rios de pico, entre o bal\u00e3o da Av do Sol e o acesso no bal\u00e3o da ESD (antiga ESAF), de forma que os ve\u00edculos oriundos da Estrada do Sol n\u00e3o precisem acessar a DF-001 antes do bal\u00e3o da Esaf.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">A resposta do DER a essa proposta \u00e9 que o sentido \u00fanico na marginal, bem como obras no local podem prejudicar os comerciantes. Essa demanda precisaria do aval dos comerciantes que correm o risco de perder parte dos estacionamentos nas obras. Entretanto, a \u00e1rea de estacionamento \u00e9 de propriedade do DER e caberia um estudo sobre a proporcionalidade do impacto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s duas partes: com\u00e9rcio e helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para melhoria da seguran\u00e7a dos transeuntes que atravessam a pista marginal, o MCJB sugeriu implantar uma faixa de pedestre atr\u00e1s do ponto de \u00f4nibus da marginal da DF-001 pr\u00f3ximo ao condom\u00ednio Parque das Paineiras, considerando que o local \u00e9 palco de constantes atropelamentos e acidentes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Essa solicita\u00e7\u00e3o foi prontamente atendida pelo DER.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color:
