Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">O Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, aqui chamado\u00a0<strong><em>Movimento<\/em><\/strong>, \u00e9 uma Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Sociedade Civil de Interesse P\u00fablico (<strong>OSCIP<\/strong>), sem fins econ\u00f4micos, de direito privado, apartid\u00e1rio, com autonomia administrativa e financeira. Nasceu no in\u00edcio de 2015, atrav\u00e9s das principais lideran\u00e7as comunit\u00e1rias da Regi\u00e3o do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, entre s\u00edndicos dos principais condom\u00ednios, diretores de cooperativas habitacionais, presidentes de Associa\u00e7\u00f5es e empres\u00e1rios. \u00a0O\u00a0<strong><em>Movimento<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0hoje \u00e9 a maior OSCIP do DF, composto por 40 dos maiores condom\u00ednios horizontais e associa\u00e7\u00f5es de moradores da regi\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de dezenas de empresas e pessoas f\u00edsicas, que juntas formam um contingente representativo de quase 50.000 pessoas. Atualmente tem protagonizado as a\u00e7\u00f5es comunit\u00e1rias da regi\u00e3o, promoveu diversos eventos, criou um jornal eletr\u00f4nico comunit\u00e1rio, tem participado ativamente das a\u00e7\u00f5es de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que envolvem a regi\u00e3o e tem se consolidado como leg\u00edtima representa\u00e7\u00e3o da comunidade do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico. Entre seus principais objetivos est\u00e1 integrar a comunidade da RA-XXVII-Jardim Bot\u00e2nico; organizar as demandas comunit\u00e1rias do bairro;<strong>viabilizar mecanismos pr\u00f3prios de solu\u00e7\u00f5es dos problemas da comunidade, implementando pol\u00edticas comunit\u00e1rias de 3\u00ba setor<\/strong>; fomentar a economia local, promovendo exposi\u00e7\u00f5es, feiras, amostras, cursos, eventos esportivos e treinamentos; promover a melhoria na imagem do bairro e de seus cidad\u00e3os; \u00a0promover o voluntariado, dentre muitos outros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><div class=\"su-box su-box-style-default\" id=\"\" style=\"border-color:#003109;border-radius:3px\"><div class=\"su-box-title\" style=\"background-color:#32643c;color:#FFFFFF;border-top-left-radius:1px;border-top-right-radius:1px\">Um dos principais objetivos do Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico:<\/div><div class=\"su-box-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"border-bottom-left-radius:1px;border-bottom-right-radius:1px\">Viabilizar mecanismos pr\u00f3prios de solu\u00e7\u00f5es dos problemas da comunidade, implementando pol\u00edticas comunit\u00e1rias de 3\u00ba setor<\/div><\/div><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">2. Objetivos deste projeto<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Estabelecer parceria comunit\u00e1ria com a Pol\u00edcia Militar do Distrito Federal: Mais especificamente com o 21\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Militar, respons\u00e1vel pelo destacamento de policiais \u00a0da regi\u00e3o administrativa do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, mobilizando a comunidade e empres\u00e1rios do bairro e angariar recursos financeiros suficientes para cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um fundo comunit\u00e1rio, gerido pela OSCIP do Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico e auditado por seu pr\u00f3prio Conselho Fiscal, pelo Conselho Comunit\u00e1rio de Seguran\u00e7a do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a e pela comunidade em geral.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Reforma emergencial no atual posto policial do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico \u2013 PCS 023: Reparo nas estruturas danificadas, principalmente os acessos, banheiros, vazamentos, encanamentos, dentre outros, al\u00e9m da pintura de todo posto;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Prover a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica do posto policial: Principalmente servi\u00e7o de limpeza, uma linha telef\u00f4nica de contato para a comunidade, servi\u00e7o de internet, dentre outros;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Prover recursos para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica de viaturas policiais: Recursos para reparos emergenciais de pequeno valor, como troca de pastilhas de freios, filtros, troca de \u00f3leo, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">3. Justificativa<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">A seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica \u00e9 um dos direitos sociais b\u00e1sicos de todos os cidad\u00e3os, conforme destaca o artigo 6\u00ba da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Art. 6\u00ba: S\u00e3o direitos sociais a educa\u00e7\u00e3o, a sa\u00fade, a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, o trabalho, a moradia, o transporte, o lazer, a seguran\u00e7a, a previd\u00eancia social, a prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 maternidade e \u00e0 inf\u00e2ncia, a assist\u00eancia aos desamparados, na forma desta Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (CF).<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Os Direitos Sociais est\u00e3o ligados diretamente a integridade f\u00edsica dos cidad\u00e3os, aos princ\u00edpios de dignidade da pessoa humana, solidariedade e igualdade, que visam atingir a justi\u00e7a social. Infelizmente, a conjuntura atual imp\u00f5e um quadro de fal\u00eancia financeira do Governo do Distrito Federal, a ponto de nem mais os direitos sociais b\u00e1sicos serem totalmente garantidos. A comunidade do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, atrav\u00e9s do Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, optou por n\u00e3o ficar do lado dos que apenas reclamam, mas do lado dos que cobram seus direitos e tamb\u00e9m colaboraram para resolver os problemas comunit\u00e1rios quotidianos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">As estat\u00edsticas de viol\u00eancia no Jardim Bot\u00e2nico s\u00f3 aumentam, principalmente nos casos de dano ao patrim\u00f4nio. Apesar de muitos condom\u00ednios terem efetivo de seguran\u00e7a privado, isso n\u00e3o inibe assaltos e tr\u00e1fico de drogas. O bairro tamb\u00e9m \u00e9, em sua maioria, compostos por habita\u00e7\u00f5es e com\u00e9rcio que dependem exclusivamente da seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, principalmente da Pol\u00edcia Militar, nas suas a\u00e7\u00f5es preventivas e ostensivas. S\u00e3o edifica\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o tem muros, nem guaritas, nem rondas privadas. Por estes motivos, a comunidade achou justificada a execu\u00e7\u00e3o deste projeto e referendou essa inten\u00e7\u00e3o em reuni\u00e3o p\u00fablica e comunit\u00e1ria do Conselho Comunit\u00e1rio de Seguran\u00e7a do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, no dia 07\/12\/2016, em aprova\u00e7\u00e3o un\u00e2nime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Link de publica\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada \u00e0 esse projeto: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcjb.org.br\/portal\/seguranca\/comunidade-do-jb-se-une-a-pm-e-reforma-posto-policial\/\">Comunidade do JB se mobiliza pela seguran\u00e7a<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">4.
