CONTEXTO<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O projeto <\/span><b>Oikos Cultura e Turismo \u2013 2\u00aa Edi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tem como objetivo promover a <\/span><b>cultura, a economia criativa e o turismo cultural, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">por meio da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos culturais e a\u00e7\u00f5es integradas que valorizem a produ\u00e7\u00e3o local, os saberes tradicionais, a gastronomia, o artesanato e a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda. As a\u00e7\u00f5es do projeto ser\u00e3o desenvolvidas no per\u00edodo de <\/span><b>13 de dezembro de 2025 a 14 de novembro de 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tendo como principal local de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o o <\/span><b>Centro de Pr\u00e1ticas Sustent\u00e1veis (CPS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, localizado na Regi\u00e3o Administrativa do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico \u2013 DF, podendo ocorrer tamb\u00e9m em outros espa\u00e7os definidos pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trata-se de uma iniciativa do <\/span><b>Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico (MCJB)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, realizada em parceria com a <\/span><b>Secretaria de Cultura e Economia Criativa do Distrito Federal (SECEC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, com o apoio do <\/span><b>Instituto Bras\u00edlia Ambiental (IBRAM)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante toda a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, ser\u00e3o promovidos <\/span><b>eventos culturais com apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de artistas da regi\u00e3o e entorno<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, bem como <\/span><b>atividades educativas e de turismo cultural<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, incluindo trilhas ecol\u00f3gicas, tour sustent\u00e1vel com visita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 arquitetura do CPS, cursos, oficinas, palestras e outras a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas ao fortalecimento comunit\u00e1rio, cultural e ambiental.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>2. OBJETO<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O presente Edital tem por objeto a <\/span><b>sele\u00e7\u00e3o e credenciamento de expositores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, divididos em categorias, para participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos <\/span><b>macroeventos realizados no \u00e2mbito do projeto Oikos Cultura e Turismo \u2013 2\u00aa Edi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. O chamamento contempla duas categorias de participa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Categoria 1 \u2013 Expositores Gastron\u00f4micos<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Categoria 2 \u2013 Feirantes (Ecofeira JB)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A participa\u00e7\u00e3o neste chamamento <\/span><b>n\u00e3o implica obrigatoriedade de participa\u00e7\u00e3o em todos os macroeventos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sendo facultado ao expositor manifestar interesse em um ou mais macroeventos, conforme disponibilidade e crit\u00e9rios definidos.<\/span><\/span><b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>3. DAS CATEGORIAS DE PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>3.1 Categoria 1 \u2013 Expositores Gastron\u00f4micos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> S\u00e3o considerados expositores gastron\u00f4micos aqueles respons\u00e1veis pela <\/span><b>comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos e\/ou bebidas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> durante os macroeventos.<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Regras espec\u00edficas da categoria:<\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada expositor poder\u00e1 comercializar <\/span><b>apenas um tipo de alimento ou alimentos do mesmo segmento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o ser\u00e3o permitidas <\/span><b>barraquinhas com produtos repetidos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dentro de um mesmo evento;<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>quantidade de expositores gastron\u00f4micos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ser\u00e1 definida conforme o perfil de cada evento;<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorrer\u00e1 obrigatoriamente por meio de <\/span><b>sistema de caixa \u00fanico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, operado pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Sobre o sistema de caixa \u00fanico, incidir\u00e1 sobre as vendas realizadas a cobran\u00e7a de:<\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>20% (vinte por cento)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> referentes aos custos operacionais do evento;<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>2,5% (dois v\u00edrgula cinco por cento)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> referentes \u00e0s taxas de opera\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias (cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito).<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>3.2 Categoria 2 \u2013 Feirantes (Ecofeira JB): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e3o considerados feirantes os <\/span><b>artes\u00e3os, manualistas e expositores de produtos diversos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que integrar\u00e3o a <\/span><b>Ecofeira JB<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Regras espec\u00edficas da categoria:<\/span><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">N\u00e3o participam do sistema de caixa \u00fanico;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"5\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comercializam seus produtos <\/span><b>diretamente com o p\u00fablico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">N\u00e3o haver\u00e1 cobran\u00e7a de taxas administrativas ou operacionais;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">A quantidade de feirantes ser\u00e1 definida conforme cada evento.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>3.3 Da Cau\u00e7\u00e3o de Garantia de Participa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para <\/span><b>garantir a participa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nos macroeventos e o cumprimento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es previstas neste Edital e no Manual do Expositor,<\/span><b> ser\u00e1 exigido o pagamento de cau\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, conforme a categoria de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Categoria 1 \u2013 Expositores Gastron\u00f4micos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: cau\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de R$ 500,00 (quinhentos reais);<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Categoria 2 \u2013 Feirantes (Ecofeira JB):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cau\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de R$ 100,00 (cem reais).<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O pagamento da cau\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><b>ser\u00e1 condi\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria para a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> do expositor nos macroeventos para o qual foi selecionado, devendo ser realizado nos prazos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es informados pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">A cau\u00e7\u00e3o tem por finalidade assegurar a presen\u00e7a do expositor no evento e o cumprimento das regras estabelecidas neste Edital e no Manual do Expositor.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O valor da cau\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 <\/span><b>por macroevento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e n\u00e3o para todos os eventos da programa\u00e7\u00e3o e o pagamento s\u00f3 se faz necess\u00e1rio caso voc\u00ea seja selecionado para o evento;<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O valor da cau\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span> <b>n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 ressarcido<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nas seguintes hip\u00f3teses:<\/span><\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"5\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Desist\u00eancia do expositor, por qualquer motivo, ap\u00f3s a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">N\u00e3o comparecimento ao evento, total ou parcial;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Descumprimento das normas estabelecidas neste Edital e\/ou no Manual do Expositor;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Condutas que comprometam a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, a seguran\u00e7a ou o bom andamento do evento.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b>4. DOS MACROEVENTOS DO PROJETO<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">4.1 Os expositores selecionados poder\u00e3o ser convocados para participar dos seguintes macroeventos:<\/span><\/p><table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
