O Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio tem o prazer de convidar feirantes e expositores, aqui denominados <\/span><b>EXPOSITOR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, para participar do nosso Arrai\u00e1! Este evento \u00e9 uma excelente oportunidade para voc\u00ea mostrar seus produtos e servi\u00e7os aos visitantes, que estar\u00e3o animados para celebrar o clima festivo junino.<\/span><\/span><b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>1. DO EVENTO :<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">O 3\u00b0 ARRAI\u00c1 DO MCJB \u00e9 um evento voltado para a comunidade, que celebrar\u00e1 os festejos juninos no Centro de Pr\u00e1ticas Sustent\u00e1veis &#8211; CPS do Bras\u00edlia Ambiental, fomentando a cultura com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de quadrilhas juninas locais, o empreendedorismo com a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de artesanato e produtos das microempreendedoras da Ecofeira, exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas patrocinadoras e a sustentabilidade no Jardim Bot\u00e2nico. Convidamos os interessados a integrar este evento comunit\u00e1rio, que contar\u00e1 com diversas atra\u00e7\u00f5es culturais, gastron\u00f4micas e sustent\u00e1veis. DO APOIO T\u00c9CNICO A SER FORNECIDO<\/b><\/span><b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O local de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 coberto e comportar\u00e1 todos os participantes com seguran\u00e7a. O espa\u00e7o destinado para o 3\u00b0 ARRAI\u00c1 DO MCJB, dentro do Centro de Pr\u00e1ticas Sustent\u00e1veis do Bras\u00edlia Ambiental \u00e9 a \u00e1rea de estacionamento lateral, e os participantes ter\u00e3o direito a um boxe que ser\u00e1 indicado pelo <\/span><b>PROMOTOR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. As \u00e1reas utilizadas pelos feirantes\/expositores ser\u00e3o de medidas de 2,00 x 2,00 metros com acesso \u00e1 energia el\u00e9trica (com extens\u00e3o do pr\u00f3prio expositor). DAS ETAPAS DE EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O DESTE CHAMAMENTO<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Os interessados em participar do 3\u00b0 ARRAI\u00c1 DO MCJB do Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio dever\u00e3o obrigatoriamente ler este documento, se inscrever pagando a taxa de di\u00e1ria do boxe e enviar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es de cadastro via formul\u00e1rio;<\/span><\/p><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Os inscritos ser\u00e3o avaliados e selecionados conforme crit\u00e9rios da Comiss\u00e3o de Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Evento estabelecidos nesse documento;<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>Contratos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Os selecionados celebrar\u00e3o Contrato para participa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>9. DAS OBRIGA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Para a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos e\/ou servi\u00e7os durante o Evento do 3\u00b0 ARRAI\u00c1 DO MCJB do Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio, s\u00e3o obriga\u00e7\u00f5es das partes:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>Do PROMOTOR:<\/b><\/span><\/p><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Legalizar o evento junto aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos competentes, quando houver a necessidade;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Fornecer a estrutura e os benef\u00edcios especificados no item 5 deste documento;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Arbitrar casos omissos neste documento;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Promover e divulgar o evento 3\u00b0 ARRAI\u00c1 DO MCJB do Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio, junto \u00e0 redes sociais, atrav\u00e9s de a\u00e7\u00f5es promocionais e publicit\u00e1rias;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Elaborar o Manual do Expositor contendo todas as normas para exposi\u00e7\u00e3o e disponibiliz\u00e1-lo antecipadamente ao expositor;<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>DO EXPOSITOR:<\/b><\/span><\/p><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Respeitar e cumprir em sua \u00edntegra todos os itens e dispositivos do presente documento;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Expor seus produtos e\/ou servi\u00e7os de acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas no momento da ades\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Respeitar os hor\u00e1rios de funcionamento do evento, mantendo sempre no espa\u00e7o cedido, pessoas com capacidade para atendimento;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respeitar as normas descritas no Manual do Expositor, a ser fornecido pelo <\/span><b>PROMOTOR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Respeitar e cumprir em sua \u00edntegra todos os itens e dispositivos dos documentos relativos \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos e\/ou servi\u00e7os, etc, prazos e demais detalhamentos;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Respeitar o prazo limite para montagem dos equipamentos e materiais necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 devida presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o durante o evento, sendo este das 08h \u00e0s 17h nos dias 29, 30 e 31 de maio de 2025.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Responsabilizar-se por toda e qualquer despesa decorrentes do transporte de mercadorias e deslocamento de pessoal at\u00e9 o local do evento.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nenhum <\/span><b>EXPOSITOR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poder\u00e1 transferir, total ou parcialmente, qualquer direito ou responsabilidade com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao evento;<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">A desist\u00eancia da participa\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a assinatura do contrato implicar\u00e1 no pagamento de multa.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>10.
