CONTEXTO<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">O objetivo principal do projeto \u201cA\u00e7\u00e3o Oikos 2024\u201d \u00e9 promover a\u00e7\u00f5es de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do bioma do Cerrado, um dos mais devastados do Brasil. A proposta principal \u00e9 operacionalizar e revitalizar os viveiros do Centro de Pr\u00e1ticas Sustent\u00e1veis (CPS), al\u00e9m de proporcionar cursos de viveirista, atividades de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, produ\u00e7\u00e3o, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e plantio gratuito de mudas de \u00e1rvores t\u00edpicas do Cerrado e de plantas medicinais. Essas a\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m visam fortalecer o v\u00ednculo comunit\u00e1rio com o meio ambiente e incentivam o plantio e cultivo de \u00e1rvores nativas, contribuindo para a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do Cerrado. Ao realizar atividades educativas e estabelecer parcerias com escolas, o projeto promove a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e engaja a comunidade na conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e uso sustent\u00e1vel dos recursos naturais, atendendo assim aos objetivos do Programa EDUC do IBRAM. Dever\u00e3o ser contempladas, dentro das atividades do projeto, as seguintes tem\u00e1ticas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>TEMA 1 &#8211; BIOMA CERRADO: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades voltadas para a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do cerrado;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>TEMA 2 &#8211; PLANTIO E COLETA DE SEMENTE: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas para o plantio como por exemplo paisagismo, horta, viveiro, coleta e acondicionamento de sementes;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>TEMA 3 &#8211; SUSTENTABILIDADE: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tema mais generalista voltado para a\u00e7\u00f5es que visem a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de h\u00e1bitos mais sustent\u00e1veis, por\u00e9m, vinculados ao objetivo principal deste projeto;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>TEMA 4 &#8211; UNIDADES DE CONSERVA\u00c7\u00c3O: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">atividades voltadas para os diferentes tipos de unidade de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e suas import\u00e2ncias;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>TEMA 5 &#8211; ECOSSISTEMA TERRESTRE E BIODIVERSIDADE: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">atividades voltadas para o manejo, cria\u00e7\u00e3o de abrigos, import\u00e2ncia da fauna e da flora para os ecossistemas;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>2. CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O E CACH\u00caS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong>3.1<\/strong> A contrata\u00e7\u00e3o dos professores\/instrutores ser\u00e1 realizada por meio de Instrumento Particular de Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os &#8211; Contrato, sem v\u00ednculo empregat\u00edcio;<br \/><strong>3.2<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os pagamentos ser\u00e3o realizados via transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria ou PIX para a conta do prestador em at\u00e9 cinco dias \u00fateis, <\/span><b>ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade proposta e da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de Nota Fiscal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>4.
