DO EVENTO ANIVERS\u00c1RIO DO JARDIM BOT\u00c2NICO:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">O projeto consiste em um conjunto de atividades para celebrar o anivers\u00e1rio de 20 anos da Regi\u00e3o Administrativa do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, durante todo o m\u00eas de setembro de 2024, visando fomentar o turismo cultural na regi\u00e3o, valorizando o patrim\u00f4nio natural e promovendo a economia local com a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de artistas locais, barraquinhas de comida para todo o evento, al\u00e9m de promover o aumento de visitantes e turistas \u00e0 regi\u00e3o. Todas as atividades ser\u00e3o realizadas no Centro de Pr\u00e1ticas Sustent\u00e1veis (CPS), atual sede do Movimento Comunit\u00e1rio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico e local central da regi\u00e3o, espa\u00e7o que se destaca por sua arquitetura sustent\u00e1vel, acessibilidade e adapta\u00e7\u00e3o para pessoas com defici\u00eancia, al\u00e9m de sua f\u00e1cil localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e acesso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">A regi\u00e3o administrativa do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico (RAJB) \u00e9 uma das comunidades mais carentes de equipamentos p\u00fablicos e atividades de turismo e cultura no Distrito Federal. O projeto visa suprir essa car\u00eancia ao promover, em parceria com a Secretaria de Turismo do Distrito Federal (SETUR), uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o diversificada, incluindo shows de artistas locais e regionais, apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es e performances art\u00edsticas, entre outras atividades culturais, proporcionando acesso gratuito \u00e0 cultura para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o local e de todo o DF.<\/span><\/p><p><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">2. DAS EXPECTATIVAS EM RELA\u00c7\u00c3O A P\u00daBLICO <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">ESTIMADO<\/b><b style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"> E DAS ATRA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">600 a 1000 visitantes presenciais rotativos por dia;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da festa contar\u00e1 com o apoio do MCJB e seus 62 condom\u00ednios associados, al\u00e9m de apoio da Secretaria de Turismo do DF;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Est\u00e3o programadas apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es culturais, shows ao vivo, espa\u00e7o kids com fazendinha e decora\u00e7\u00e3o tem\u00e1tica;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b><i>O p\u00fablico-alvo do Evento \u00e9 formado por:<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Moradores do Jardins Mangueiral, Jardim Bot\u00e2nico e circunvizinhan\u00e7as;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Pessoas interessadas em expor e vender seus produtos e ou servi\u00e7os<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">4. DAS OPORTUNIDADES DE NEG\u00d3CIOS<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">O JB FEST promover\u00e1 a possiblidade de fomentar o fortalecimento de neg\u00f3cios j\u00e1 existentes no bairro e regi\u00e3o, uma oportunidade \u00fanica de aproximar a comunidade dos empreendedores locais.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>5.<\/strong> <\/span><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">DAS CATEGORIAS DE PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">A JB FEST foi inspirada na antiga \u201cFesta das Na\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d e, portanto trabalhar\u00e1 com uma categoria \u00fanica de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, a de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou foodtrucks. Essa mesma dever\u00e1 ser dividida em comidas t\u00edpicas de pa\u00edses diferentes como por exemplo: Sushi (Jap\u00e3o), Pizza (It\u00e1lia), Paella e Tapas (Espanha), Croissant e Crepe (Fran\u00e7a), Hamburguer (EUA), Tacos e burritos (M\u00e9xico), Empanadas (Argentina), Falafel (Israel\/ Palestina), dentre outros.<\/span><\/p><p><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">6. DO APOIO T\u00c9CNICO A SER FORNECIDO<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O local de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 coberto e comportar\u00e1 todos os participantes com seguran\u00e7a. O espa\u00e7o destinado para o evento \u00e9 dentro do Centro de Pr\u00e1ticas Sustent\u00e1veis \u00e9 a \u00c1rea de estacionamento em frente ao Bloco E, e os participantes ter\u00e3o direito a um boxe que ser\u00e1 indicado pelo PROMOTOR. As \u00e1reas utilizadas pelos expositores ser\u00e3o de medidas de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4,00 x 2,00m (8,00 m\u00b2).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Todos ser\u00e3o entregues com uma mesa pl\u00e1stica e acesso \u00e1 energia el\u00e9trica para itens de <\/span><b>baixa voltagem<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (com extens\u00e3o do pr\u00f3prio expositor). Eventual decora\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea cedida, ser\u00e1 de responsabilidade do EXPOSITOR.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>OS PONTOS DE ENERGIA E A MESA PL\u00c1STICA SER\u00c3O FORNECIDOS SOMENTE NOS DIAS DO EVENTO;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">O MCJB reserva-se ao direito de alocar expositores conforme din\u00e2mica do Evento e ao direito de realizar quaisquer adequa\u00e7\u00f5es com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao layout do evento conforme necessidade, portanto poder\u00e1 haver mudan\u00e7a de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do estande alocado ao expositor.<br \/><\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">O MCJB n\u00e3o se responsabilizar\u00e1 por nenhuma despesa decorrente do transporte de produtos\/ equipamentos ou despesas com deslocamento de pessoal at\u00e9 o local do evento<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">7. DAS ETAPAS DE EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O DESTE CHAMAMENTO<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1 Obten\u00e7\u00e3o do Chamamento: Os interessados em se candidatar ao objeto deste documento dever\u00e3o obrigatoriamente ler este Chamamento e preencher o formul\u00e1rio de cadastro, atrav\u00e9s do link: <\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/JZ7QANcRHUM47vS3A\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/JZ7QANcRHUM47vS3A<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.3 Contratos: Os selecionados celebrar\u00e3o <\/span><b>Contrato Padr\u00e3o &#8211; EXPOSITORES<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para exposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">7.4 Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos e\/ou servi\u00e7os, alimentos, etc. Os selecionados que celebrarem o contrato indicado no item 8.3 deste chamamento ter\u00e3o direito a exporem seus produtos e\/ou servi\u00e7os, durante o Evento do Anivers\u00e1rio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, devendo obedecer ao Manual do Expositor que ser\u00e1 disponibilizado quando da divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do resultado final do chamamento.<\/span><\/p><p><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">8.DAS OBRIGA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Para a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos e\/ou servi\u00e7os durante o Evento do Anivers\u00e1rio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, s\u00e3o obriga\u00e7\u00f5es das partes:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b><i>DO MCJB:<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.1 Legalizar o evento junto aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos competentes, quando houver a necessidade;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.2 Fornecer a estrutura e os benef\u00edcios especificados no item 6 deste Chamamento;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.3 Arbitrar casos omissos neste Chamamento;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.4 Celebrar o 20\u00ba Anivers\u00e1rio do Jardim Bot\u00e2nico e promover e divulgar a JB FEST junto \u00e0 redes sociais, atrav\u00e9s de a\u00e7\u00f5es promocionais e publicit\u00e1rias;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.5 Elaborar o Manual do Expositor contendo todas as normas para exposi\u00e7\u00e3o e disponibiliz\u00e1-lo antecipadamente ao expositor;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b><i>DOS EMPREENDEDORES<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.6 Respeitar e cumprir em sua \u00edntegra todos os itens e dispositivos do presente Chamamento;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.7 Expor seus produtos e\/ou servi\u00e7os de acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas no momento da ades\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.8 Respeitar os hor\u00e1rios de funcionamento do evento, mantendo sempre no espa\u00e7o cedido, pessoas com capacidade para atendimento;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.9 Respeitar as normas descritas no Manual do Expositor, a ser fornecido pelo MCJB;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.10 Respeitar e cumprir em sua \u00edntegra todos os itens e dispositivos dos documentos relativos \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos e\/ou servi\u00e7os, etc, prazos e demais detalhamentos;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.11 Responsabilizar-se por toda e qualquer despesa decorrentes do transporte de mercadorias e deslocamento de pessoal at\u00e9 o local do evento;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">8.12 Contribuir com taxa administrativa de coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de caixa \u00fanico.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><b>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Nenhum expositor poder\u00e1 transferir, total ou parcialmente, qualquer direito ou responsabilidade com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao evento;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">A desist\u00eancia da participa\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a assinatura do contrato implicar\u00e1 no pagamento de multa no valor de \u00bd (meio) sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, por retirar de outros interessados direito a participa\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>Todos os participantes outorgam\u00a0 os\u00a0 direitos\u00a0 de uso da imagem\u00a0 para\u00a0 divulga\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0 nos\u00a0 meios de\u00a0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0 (m\u00eddias)\u00a0 por\u00a0 parte\u00a0 do MCJB,\u00a0 sem\u00a0 nenhuma\u00a0 compensa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira,\u00a0 sendo\u00a0 desnecess\u00e1ria,\u00a0 para\u00a0 tanto\u00a0 qualquer\u00a0 outra\u00a0 permiss\u00e3o\u00a0 verbal\u00a0 ou escrita.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">9.
